Direct Mailing
All Direct Mailings are custom designed to your specific
business type by a designer, and then printed and mailed directly
from the office. All pricing includes customer database format,
labels, custom design, printing, postage, and labor. Because
of the frequent changes in supplies and postage, please call
or e-mail for pricing.
With your inquiry please provide an estimate of the number
of customers you would like to mail out to, and the type of
media. (Example: Postcards, flyers, & how many colors

On-Site Services
Our on-site services include hardware troubleshooting and
customized training in maintaining your network and detailed
software training to maximize the options many users overlook.
Softpower has years of experience and will share Windows Operating
system, Softpower and QuickBooks training at a very competitive
rate. After spending thousands of dollars with an outside
consulting firm who had no power equipment experience, a customer
contracted for two days of consulting with one of our trainers
and regretted not calling Softpower first. We covered more
topics, including QuickBooks training for the office staff
the first day than the outside firm accomplished in a week,
at a significantly lower rate. We will do an evaluation to
determine the individual dealership needs and agree on a training

Training Services
With the purchase of your new software, you receive 3 hours
complimentary telephone training to familiarize yourself with
the various modules of the
program and to help troubleshoot any particular concerns you
may have.
Additional training may be purchased at any time for:
- New employee training
- Additional training on new areas of the program
- Refresher course after you have had an opportunity to
use the software for a while.
- Softpower/QuickBooks integration
Our telephone training is broken down into ½ hour
to 1 hour segments and we
always review at the start of each new session. Your only
homework is to be
prepared with questions so that we are sure to cover the topics
that are
