Price Files

Softpower Business Solutions provides price files for many hardware, OPE, automotive and marine manufacturers for our software customers. We also provide price file conversion service for most software programs that can import price files. TRAINING

On-Site Training and Billable Support

On-Site 1 day training/ installation
$500 plus Travel and Incidentals. Report furnished. = 8 hours

On-Site ½ day training/ installation
$250 plus Travel and Incidentals. Report furnished. = 4 hours

Full Day at Softpower Corporate Office
$350 (Appointment required) = 8 Hours.

Half Day at Softpower Corporate Office
$175 (Appointment required) = 4 Hours.

NOTE: Extended training times may be negotiated.

Softpower also provides billable hourly support in the event a dealer requires assistance not covered in their contract support. The Hourly Rate is $150 billed in 30-minute increments. Typically, the billable hourly rate covers items such as new employee training and technical assistance on systems or peripherals not normally used with Softpower system. This includes setting up and/or installing hardware not purchased from Softpower.

Appointments are required for this type of training.
